Be sure to sort out your outfits early - it takes the worry out of finding something at the last minute.
Our committee members are already ahead of the game and have started getting fitted out at The Victorian Wardrobe at 4B Harbour St in the Historic Precinct.

2026 Committee members Zara, Bronnie, and Laura are getting their costumes sorted for the November Celebrations.
Located in Oamaru's Historic Precinct, the Victorian Wardrobe is a non-profit clothing hire service run by friendly volunteers who can help anyone achieve their desired Victorian look, regardless of age, gender, and size.
There are thousands of items of Victorian apparel to choose from, including dresses, ball gowns, skirts and trousers, jackets, capes, hats, suits, vests and accessories (including children's clothes). You are very welcome to browse in the shop where the staff can help you choose a single item or a full Victorian ensemble for the Victorian Heritage Celebrations or for other themed events.
